Refund Return

Return eligibility and time limit: At Pmtong, to remain eligible for a return, the product must be returned in an unused, undamaged state, together with all original packaging, labels, and accessories, within 15 days of delivery. We understand that sometimes things don't go as expected, so if it exceeds 15 days, as long as you have a reasonable explanation, we will still consider your request because we value the satisfaction of every customer.

2. Return process: When starting the return process, the first step is to contact our customer service team, which can be done through the official customer service hotline or email. In the communication, you need to explain the reason for the return in detail and obtain a return authorization from us. Once authorized, the next step is to prepare the product. Please ensure that the product and all its accessories, labels, and original packaging materials remain intact, and then pack it correctly according to the original packaging method to avoid any damage that may occur during the return transportation.

Exceptions for special products: Given the unique nature of the products, customized or personalized products, as well as fragile and perishable products, may not be subject to the above return policy.
